Sylhet bay-floor field journal.
Three days inside a 14-bay workshop running Trade OS in production. What broke. What worked. What ships next.
I spent Nov 4–6 inside a 14-bay workshop in Sylhet's Beanibazar district. Three days. Three observations.
What broke.
The ⌘K omnibar is unusable on a 6-inch Samsung Galaxy A14 with cracked screen. We fixed this in iter-128 by adding a 56-px tap-target floor and a long-press alternative. Field-tested again two weeks later: works.
What worked.
ONI's OBD diagnosis suggested the correct catalyst replacement on the very first Toyota Hilux that came in during my visit. The senior technician (16 years' experience) verified the diagnosis in under 90 seconds. He said one word: "shariyo" — correct.
What ships next.
Bengali voice input. We watched three different technicians try to type a VIN into a phone with grease on their hands. Voice is the answer. Whisper + bn-BD locale ships Q2.
