Dispatch in 22 minutes.
Cross-hub routing maths that compressed the average DHK→bay-floor handoff from 2 h 18 m to under 22 min.
By JOY Logistics Desk
In June 2025 the median order-to-bay-floor time was 2 h 18 m. By December it was 21.4 min. The compression came from three changes.
1 · The dispatch-radar.
JOE now sees rider availability live. It will not accept an order if the dispatch ETA exceeds the workshop's quoted bay time by more than 12 min.
2 · Cross-hub auto-routing.
If DHK is out, JOE checks CTG and SYL in parallel within the same 800 ms decision window. 14% of orders are now multi-hub fulfilled.
3 · The rider-roster algorithm.
We ship the rider roster to JOE every 90 s. A rider becomes "available" the moment they accept their previous dispatch — not when they complete it. This single change cut dispatch dwell time by 38%.
